Abstrak :

This study analyzes the effects of foreign bank penetration in banking stability in Indonesia. Foreign bank penetration is assessed through FBA (Foreign Bank Assest), FBC (Foreign Bank Credit), and FBTPF (Foreign Bank Third Party Funds). Banking stability is measured by Z-ROA. The methodology in this research is using multiple linear regression. The findings show that foreign bank penetration measures have simultaneous significant effecct on banking stability in Indonesia. Foreign bank assets hace significant effect on banking stability, while foreign bank credit has no significant effect on banking stability, neither does foreign bank third party funds
